The challenge
Although Pulsar Group were ISO 27001 certified, their existing penetration testing partner was not CREST certified, a standard that Pulsar Group sought in a partner. Being CREST certified assured Pulsar Group that Cognisys was reputable, trustworthy, and competent.

A significant improvement was the introduction of Cognisys’ SmartView portal, which replaced traditional PDF reports. This portal facilitates easier task management, status updates, and includes video walkthroughs of findings. It has streamlined the process and saved Pulsar Group a lot of time from copy and pasting between project management systems.
